Timothy (First Fully Artificial Human) Edwards, commonly known as "Tim", is the main character of Tempus Tim. He is an artificial humanoid robot created via secretive means, raised by David and Lauren as their son, the former of which he is modeled after. Despite this, Tim is the viewpoint character of the series and is notably distinct from David. He is also directly based off of series creator Kenji Koizumi, sharing all of his personality traits, appearance, voice, and even birthday with him.

History

Timothy Edwards was "born" on April 22nd, 2020, in New Auburn New Jersey. He grew up next to the Harrison household, becoming very close to the twins Willie and Lizzie, the latter of which he eventually developed a crush on. In Elementary School and even the first year of Middle School, he used to kind of like school and think it was enjoyable at times, going so far as to have perfect attendance 4 years in a row from 3rd grade all the way to 6th grade. However, by 7th grade, his opinion soured drastically as puberty did a number on his psyche. All of the new feelings he felt combined with not knowing what any of them meant, nor what anything anyone else was saying meant made him internally lock away anything deemed pubescent and turn into a puritan at age 13.

Trivia

• Tim, like David, as well as like Kenji, is prone to losing his composure and crashing out when he feels like he is mentally cornered. This usually happens when he feels unfairly ganged up on, or if he feels that he failed at being a decent human being.
• Tim is immune to all digestion based poisons, with the exception of sugar alcohol based artificial sweeteners giving him diarrhea.
• Tim REALLY hates being called "Timmy", only making an exception to Lizzie because he gave up on correcting her (and beccause he slowly but surely develops a liking to her form of teasing).
