Trivia
- Unlike most Chinese restaurant families in the US, the Chiangs are actually Taiwanese, and used to speak Taiwanese Hokkien. However after multiple generations of living in the US, Steven doesn't speak a word of any form of Chinese.
- Steven is an indirect descendant of Chiang Kai-Shek.
- Due to how long ago it was, Steven does not support a re-unification of China in any capacity (Communist run or Nationalist run), and instead supports Taiwan independence.
