David Edward Edwards is a deuteragonist of Tempus Tim. He is the dad of Timothy Edwards, as well as the where Tim gets his likeness from in universe (out of universe both of them are directly based on Kenji Koizumi).
David Edwards is the currently owner and manager of the long standing investment firm "Edwards Investments", a title he hates with a passion due to his hatred of hyper rich people who don't actually work, whom he refers to a "societal leeches".
History
David was born on April 22nd, 2000, in the town of New Auburn New Jersey, to William and Sarah Edwards. He is an only child, due to some unspoken reason Sarah never elaborated on. He went to New Auburn School district in his youth, and graduated from East New Auburn High in 2018. From 2018 to 2020, he attended community college for an associates in computer science, which was temporarily interupted by the Covid 19 pandemic, as well as Timothy's "birth". After slowly but surely getting his associates, he worked various jobs in and around town until William Edwards' sudden assassination in early 2029, and his subsequent inheritance of his family's investment company "Edwards Investments".
Trivia
- David is allergic to milk, a trait shared with Kenji Koizumi (but not Tim due to Tim's artificial digestive system).
- David always makes references to TV shows or movies that he likes, regardless of whether or not anyone gets this. This annoys Tim, despite Tim doing the same thing.
- Just like Tim, he is prone to crashing out if he feels like he's being unfaired cornered, or a failure of a human being. However, due to age and maturity, this nowadays results in him just shutting down and going super quiet as opposed to actually exploding.
